Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Degree, or Advanced Degree, preferably in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of working experience in the related field with managerial or supervisory capacity; experience in manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.

Strong knowledge of applicable accounting standards, system automation, and business solution software.
Responsibilities:
Prepare monthly financial and management reports for submission to management; ensure financial statements are prepared in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
Provide monthly performance, expense, and variance analysis for management and operation review.
Lead the finance team for all aspects of financial accounting, including manufacturing accounts, accounts receivable/payable, inventory, and general ledger; ensure proper posting and timely month-end closing.
Manage cash flow and working capital, including preparation of cash flow forecasts, treasury, and banking/financing arrangements.
Prepare forecast and annual budget, and monitor budget performance to ensure alignment with company objectives.
Assist in establishing accounting workflows and internal controls to ensure efficient information flow and compliance with reporting standards.
Liaise with external auditors during annual audits and follow up on audit findings.
Prepare monthly tax estimates and coordinate with tax agents for annual tax submissions.
Liaise with bankers, company secretary, tax authorities, government departments, and other relevant stakeholders.

Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, and invoices.
Coordinate with sales team and customers on order status and delivery arrangements.
Update and maintain sales records and customer databases accurately.
Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and report preparation.
Handle phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries in a professional manner.
Support the sales department in achieving monthly sales targets.
Liaise with other departments (accounts, warehouse, logistics) to ensure smooth operations.
